Time Banks USA
To have the space and energy to plan for the future called for some revisiting
of the past. This engagement started as facilitating one Board meeting,
then became more than that, with a process of hearing and holding some
struggles from the past which had been holding everyone back.
As time went on, it became possible to begin to think strategically
about the future – which was then embodied in a Strategic Plan
which was formally approved by a reorganized Board and which opened the
way for a major conference in November 2007
